If a donation bond has not arrived after using ::claim, you see a charge you do not understand, or you need a refund review, contact us before contacting your bank. We can often resolve the issue faster and without a formal chargeback.
Include these details
- Your Veridia username and the approximate purchase date.
- The Stripe receipt or charge reference, if available.
- A short description of the issue. Never send card numbers, passwords, or authentication codes.
