Privacy Policy
We collect only what is needed to operate accounts, provide store purchases, keep the service secure, and resolve payment problems.
Information used for the store
This can include your account ID and username, purchase and fulfilment records, credit and delivery history, support correspondence, security information such as login or purchase IP data, and Stripe payment references. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; Veridia does not store full card details.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver donation bonds, virtual credits, and store items, prevent fraud, investigate chargebacks, maintain fulfilment evidence, respond to support requests, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
Stripe processes payments and Supabase stores website data. Payment, fraud, and delivery evidence is kept for up to seven years where needed for dispute resolution, accounting, security, or legal obligations. Access is restricted to people who need it for those purposes.
