PvP gating

Prestige bonuses are disabled in Wilderness and Duel Arena encounters.

Identity lock

Agility P10 infinite run energy stays enabled as a persistent account identity perk.

Production hard limit

Production EV (Expected Value) is the average output per production action after perks (Smithing, Crafting, Herblore, Runecraft, etc.). Cap <= 1.65x means combined save chances + bonus output chances should average at most 1.65x the baseline output. Example: baseline craft = 1 item; if perks average 1.8 items/craft, EV is 1.8x (too high). Target is <= 1.65x to limit economy inflation.
