Veridia 2.8.1 — Banker's Note Reprice and Range Tick Relic fixes

The Banker's Note has a new price with refunds for existing owners, the ranged tick relic now works with Rapid, and there's a new warning for Equilibrium and Production Master.

Banker's Note

Bankers note was a little OP for 30k, sorry guys but I've had to refund it and up the price.

• The Banker's Note now costs 75,000 Prestige Points (was 30,000).

• If you already bought it, the note is removed and you get 30,000 Prestige Points back the next time you log in, so you can buy it again at the new price.

Relics

• The ranged tick relic now stacks with the Rapid attack style, so a 5-tick range weapons on Rapid attacks every 4 ticks. Weapons already at 3 ticks on Rapid are unchanged.

• Switching on Equilibrium or Production Master while the other is active now warns you that Equilibrium gives no bonus experience for actions sped up by Production Master.
