Veridia 2.4.0 - Scurrius, Forestry Rewards & Donator Updates

This update adds Scurrius, new Forestry rewards, more Trailblazer clue points and new Dragon donor benefits.

Scurrius

Choose Bosses → Scurrius in the teleport menu. You’ll arrive outside the lair, where you can enter a public or private encounter.

  • Public fights award eligible contributors kill credit, with MVP rewards and separate public personal bests.

  • Take on all five Scurrius Combat Achievements and fill out his Collection Log.

  • Bone weapons deal extra damage to rats. Craft bone maces at an anvil, or pay Historian Aldo to craft bone weapons.

  • The bone staff can be charged and uncharged.

  • If you die in a private encounter, your gravestone appears outside the lair.

Forestry

Visit the Friendly Forester to browse the Forestry shop, buy kit upgrades and exchange Lumberjack clothing.

  • Forestry kits have a storage window for depositing and withdrawing supplies. With clothes and cape pouches attached, you can store your Lumberjack outfit and Woodcutting cape in the kit. Their benefits still apply while you carry or wear the kit.

  • Added Forestry baskets, clothes and cape pouches, sawmill vouchers and nature offerings.

  • Sawmill vouchers produce an extra plank per conversion. You use a voucher for each extra plank; the normal log and fee still apply.

  • Nature offerings use one charge per eligible successful chop, giving a 50% chance of an extra log without extra XP.

  • Twitcher’s gloves let you choose a preference for ring, egg, seed or clue nests.

  • Added Beaver recolouring and a Forestry Collection Log with 17 rewards.

  • Duplicate Forestry rare rewards give 100–250 noted logs from the tree you’re cutting, where a noted log is available.

  • Use Empty containers at the bank to deposit logs from a worn basket.

Trailblazer

Trailblazer now unlocks at Agility Prestige I. Right-click Trailblaze on a supported clue scroll or unopened clue container to exchange it for a reward casket.

The dialogue shows the casket, point cost and your balance before you spend anything. Choose one casket, all you can afford or a custom amount.

  • Each Agility prestige grants 3 daily points in Normal, 5 in Realism or 8 in Extreme, with donor bonuses of 5–35%.

  • Unspent points carry over, including while you’re offline. You can store up to three days’ worth.

  • Beginner and Easy clues cost 1 point, Medium 2, Hard 3 and Elite 5. Master clues cannot be exchanged.

  • Trailblazer’s Bounty costs 20,000 Remnants and doubles daily points and storage. Buying it does not immediately refill your balance.

  • Agility prestige can preserve your clue during an exchange. You still pay the point cost.

  • Speak to the Prestige Master for help with your points. Trailblazer remains unavailable in PvP areas.

Donor Benefits & Dragon Island (UDI)

  • Decaying equipment no longer loses durability in combat. Previously broken pieces can still be repaired.

  • Donor supply shops now have personal stock that resets at midnight UTC. Bulk stock increases with your rank.

  • Dragon players now receive 12-minute birdhouses and 150-cannonball capacity. They also receive eight bonus Pest Control points and a 50% chance of an extra crystal-chest roll.

  • Wintertodt grants one additional reward roll at Rune rank and another at Dragon.

  • Boss and skilling pet chances improve by a relative 2% per paid donor tier, up to 14% at Dragon/Amascut.

  • Added a Dragon completionist cape variant through Tier 3 Transmog. The existing cape requirements still apply.

  • UDI now has a crimson gemstone crab for 20-minute training sessions, plus additional Hunter birds. The crab awards no loot.

  • Dragon players can speak to Juna on UDI for a private Tears of Guthix cave with double XP. It shares the ordinary cave’s daily attempt limit.

  • Tarik offers utility supplies and revenant assignments. The minnow spots on UDI now move every 15 minutes.

Quality of Life & Fixes

  • Regular and divine rune pouches can now retain their runes on death outside the Wilderness, including boss reclaim deaths. This option is enabled by default.

  • ToB boosters now cost 5 vote points, down from 10, and can appear in vote mystery boxes. Each booster still lasts for two completions.

  • Added crystal, dragonfruit, guam, white lily and redwood Tangleroot transformations.

  • Ultimate Ironmen can deposit individual costume-room pieces after a warning. You still need a complete set to withdraw them.

  • Hunter prestige trap auto-reset now works in the Wilderness.

  • Replaced the five teak trees at ::die with mahogany trees.

  • Superheat Item now consumes noted coal correctly with the Smithing Writ. Varrock armour double-bar smelts also consume the correct amount of coal.

  • Fixed an issue where Sawmill Operator interactions failed after you walked to the enclosure.
