Veridia 1.3.0 - Wintertodt Rewards Fixes, Hunter Fixes, and Gauntlet Timing Updates
Wintertodt reward rolls now scale properly with high-point games, Hunter traps have had a full cleanup, Crystal tree farming now works, Hunllef prayer swaps have been fixed, and The Whisperer has had a large mechanics and visual pass. The sleight of hand thieving perk now also auto thieves stalls.
Veridia 1.3.0 - Wintertodt Rewards Fixes, Hunter Fixes, and Gauntlet Timing Updates
This update fixes a few things players reported after release, especially Wintertodt rewards, Hunter traps, Gauntlet timing, and Crystal tree farming.
There are also some useful home additions, reward buffs, a small perk qol update and boss cleanup included.
Highlights
Wintertodt supply crates now give the correct number of reward rolls.
Hunter traps now lay, reset, and consume stacked traps properly.
The Crystal tree patch in Prifddinas now works.
Hunllef prayer swaps now respect attacks that were already fired.
Daily Skilling and Boss Contract rewards have been increased.
Zahur and a bank chest have been added to the home Herblore area.
The Whisperer has had a large mechanics and visual pass.
Max cape unlocks now stay unlocked after prestiging.
The slight of hand thieving perk now also auto thieves stalls.
Wintertodt Rewards
Wintertodt supply crates now calculate reward rolls properly.
High-point games should now award extra rolls every 500 points after the first 500, instead of giving too few rewards.
Crate messages now also show the exact number of stored rolls when awarded and opened.
Hunter Trap Fixes
Hunter traps had a proper cleanup this update.
Fixed traps include:
Box traps
Magic boxes
Bird snares
Rabbit snares
Traps should now lay properly instead of needing repeated clicks, and laying from a stack on the ground should only consume one trap instead of deleting the whole stack.
Caught trap states also have their Check and Reset options back.
Gauntlet and Hunllef
Hunllef prayer swaps have been fixed.
If your attack was already fired before Hunllef changed prayer, it now uses the prayer Hunllef had when the attack was launched. This should stop valid late-rotation hits from being incorrectly blocked on impact.
Perfected crystal and corrupted staff accuracy has also been increased by 10% against Hunllef only.
Crystal Tree Farming
The Prifddinas crystal tree patch now works.
Crystal saplings can now be planted, checked, and harvested, with crystal shard rewards scaling from compost.
Daily Contract Rewards
Daily contract rewards have been increased.
Skilling Contracts now give 750 perk points for completing all three daily contracts.
Daily Boss Contracts now award:
Easy: 150 remnant points
Medium: 250 remnant points
Hard: 350 remnant points
That gives 750 remnant points total for completing all three.
Home and Utility Updates
A few useful home updates have been added.
Eye of newt is now sold in the home Tools Store.
Zahur has been added to the home shops area (near crystal/brimstone chest).
A bank chest has been added near crystal/brimstone chest.
Player shortcuts command have been added for website prestige, champion, donor, guides, forum, and news pages.
The Whisperer
The Whisperer has had a large mechanics and visual pass.
This includes fixes for basic attacks, special attacks, Soul Siphon, Screech, Corrupted Seeds, tentacles, enrage handling, drops, and fight cleanup.
The fight should now better match the intended timing, visuals, and state flow.
This is almost ready for release in the next couple updates!
Perk Updates
The slight of hand thieving perk now also auto thieves stalls.
Other Fixes
A few more fixes made it in.
Max cape unlocks now stay unlocked after prestiging a skill.
Slayer reward shop crystal key purchases now give 5 keys.
Royal Titans wall and blast interactions now work properly with the Twinflame staff.
Wintertodt supply crates now avoid extra-roll leaks on exact 500-point milestones.
