Veridia 0.29.0 - Champion Ranks, Solo Zalcano, Farmers Blessing, and Various Fixes

Veridia 0.29.0 adds the Champion rank system, Farmer’s blessing scroll, solo Zalcano, donator island XP boosts, old coin improvements, shooting star changes, and a large set of fixes for drop rates, Slayer, Gauntlet, Barrows, Zalcano, Tombs of Amascut, Revenants, farming, and more.

Veridia 0.29.0 - Champion Ranks, Solo Zalcano, Farmers Blessing, and Various Fixes

Veridia 0.29.0 adds the new Champion rank system, a solo Zalcano option, Farmer’s blessing scroll, donator island XP boosts, and a lot of fixes for drops, Slayer, farming, bosses, and reward systems.

Champion Ranks

The Champion rank system has been added.

Champion unlocks include:

  • Boss contract claim perks

  • Slayer cancel perks

  • Pet insurance discounts

  • God Wars access perks

  • Key ring storage

  • Runecrafting altar travel

  • Clue compass travel

  • Remote deposit box use

  • Auto-alch drop perks

  • Prestige drop-rate bonuses

Farmer’s Blessing Scroll

The Farmer’s blessing scroll has been added to the Vote Shop for 15 vote points.

Reading the scroll lets players teleport to public farming patches.

Solo Zalcano

A paid solo Zalcano option has been added.

Solo entry costs 1,000,000 coins and gives a 30-minute re-entry window.

Solo Zalcano uses lower shield and boss hitpoints.

The Perfect Zalcano combat achievement now completes after 1 perfect kill.

Donator Island XP

Donator island XP bonuses have been added for the donator islands:

  • Premium

  • Expansion

  • Respected

  • Legendary

  • Uber

Old Coins

Old coins now have an Inspect option that points players toward the Well of Goodwill.

Old coin drops from Mining, Woodcutting, and Fishing have also been fixed so gathering activities can roll them properly.

Shooting Stars

Shooting star mining has been updated.

All star tiers now use the same stardust speed.

Stardust chance now scales from Mining level, ranging from 29% to 46%.

Each stardust gives 32 Mining XP.

Ironman Drop-Rate Bonuses

Ironman, Ultimate Ironman, and Group Ironman drop-rate bonuses have been updated.

The Game Mode Setup interface now shows boosted game-mode drop-rate values more clearly.

General Store

The home general store now pays high alchemy value for eligible item sales.

Drop-Rate Fixes

Several reward sources now use the player’s overall drop-rate bonus properly.

This includes rare rolls from:

  • Gauntlet

  • Larran’s chest

  • Brimstone chest

  • Wilderness Vault

  • Barrows

  • Wintertodt crates

  • Moons of Peril

  • Zalcano

  • Unsired

Venenatis kills have also been fixed so credited players still roll the boss drop table properly.

Vardorvis, Whisperer, and Leviathan unique rolls have also been fixed.

Global prestige drop rate now still counts for Wilderness PvM, while active prestige perks remain disabled in PvP areas.

Slayer and Perk Fixes

The Remnant perk shop has been fixed so hidden or unavailable perks no longer shift visible rows.

Contract Killer now unlocks the correct perk.

The I Wildy More Slayer toggle has been fixed so Krystilia only assigns abyssal demons, jellies, and nechryael while the unlock is active.

Vet’ion Slayer task combat has also been fixed so both Vet’ion forms count for boss assignments, and Slayer helmet accuracy boosts apply properly.

Item Fixes

Turquoise Slayer helmet recolouring has been fixed.

Regular and imbued Slayer helmets can now be recoloured with supported Vorkath’s head variants.

Viggora’s chainmace and Ursine chainmace now play the correct hit sound.

Looting bag value updates have been fixed.

Unsupported advanced setting toggles now show a proper unsupported message instead of breaking.

Farming

Instant-grow farming effects have been fixed so growing patches can advance directly to the harvest state.

Tombs of Amascut

The Tombs of Amascut party overview has been fixed so it stays visible while lobby rows update.

Rise of the Six

Rise of the Six death handling has been fixed.

Players are now told to reclaim lost items from the Strange Old Man at Barrows.

Re-entry is also blocked while Rise of the Six reclaim items are still pending.

Hiscores and Polls

Hiscores command aliases and the clan recruitment board now open the website hiscores page instead of the old in-game interface.

Poll announcements have been fixed for existing accounts so default-on settings are added on login without overriding players who already opted out.

Drop Viewer

The NPC drop viewer has been fixed so combat hits no longer close open drop tables.
