Veridia 0.23.0 - Mining Guild, Hunter Marks, and Slayer Updates

Veridia 0.23.0 is a big skilling, Slayer, and reward cleanup update.

This release adds Belona’s Mining Guild exchange, working mining gloves, Hunter Marks shop rewards, Ironman donor shop stock, new gathering prestige bonuses, and fixes for a lot of systems players have been using lately.

Mining Guild and Belona

Belona’s Mining Guild Mineral Exchange has been added.

Players can now trade unidentified minerals for mining gloves and superior mining gloves.

Belona also has dialogue and right-click options for:

• Opening the exchange

• Combining mining gloves into expert mining gloves

• Toggling unidentified mineral drops

Mining gloves now work properly when equipped. Mining gloves, superior mining gloves, and expert mining gloves can prevent eligible rocks from depleting for their expected extra gathers.

Mining Guild rocks will now only award unidentified minerals when your Belona mineral toggle is enabled.

Boss Contracts

Hunter Marks (Boss Contracts) shop unique rewards now work.

This includes:

• Resupply crates

• Drop rate tokens

• Task extensions

Additionally

• The Hunting expert now has right-click options for Contracts and Trade.

• Opening the Hunter Marks shop also shows your current Hunter Marks balance.

• Drop rate tokens now give 10 boosted CONTRACT boss kills per token, and ::dr shows how many boosted kills you have left (This does not work in raids).

Donor and Ironman Shops

• Ironman donor supply shop stock has been added for Premium, Respected, Legendary, and Uber ranks. These are utility items only, no pvm/op related things.

Prestige

• Gathering prestige bonuses have been rebalanced.

• The updated progression includes yield and auto-bank bonuses across tiers, plus Mining and Woodcutting no-deplete chances that can reach 100% at P10.

• A new Smithing prestige perk has also been added, giving a chance to preserve dwarf multicannon and granite cannonballs after successful shots.

Motherlode Mine

• Prospector Percy’s nugget shop rewards now register and display correctly in the Motherlode Mine collection log.

• This includes Prospector outfit pieces, coal bag, and gem bag.

• The Motherlode Mine unlock dialogue has also been fixed so upper-level access and pay-dirt sack upgrade menus open correctly.

• Lower-floor pay-dirt veins now last longer, averaging around six pay-dirt per vein.

Slayer

• Several Slayer reward unlock issues have been fixed.

• Araxyte and Warped Creature unlocks should no longer collide with cancel, block, and unblock task controls.

• Toggleable Slayer assignment unlocks, including Hot Stuff, Like a Boss, and Wilderness assignment unlocks, can now be disabled and re-enabled without repurchasing.

• Slayer ring task teleports have also been fixed for Konar, Sumona, boss tasks, regular tasks, and Krystilia Wilderness tasks. Unsupported Wilderness tasks will stay unavailable until they have a proper destination.

Revenants and Wilderness

• Revenant Maledictus now counts for Revenant Slayer tasks, gives Slayer XP, and shows revenant drop rates in the drop viewer.

• Looting bag drops have been fixed for Wilderness-spawned NPCs, including Edgeville Dungeon and revenant creatures.

Construction and Portal Nexus

Portal Nexus room construction has been fixed.

Other Fixes

• Pickaxe animations have been fixed for pay-dirt and amethyst mining so the pickaxe stays aligned properly.

• Global boss kill-time records now save properly and survive server restarts.

• Graceful dye can now be used on regular graceful outfit pieces to open the recolour dialogue, and cleaning cloth still works for recoloured pieces.

• Accounts now stay locked until the previous logout save finishes.
