Veridia 0.22.0 - Wilderness Bosses, Slayer Teleports, and Combat Updates

Veridia 0.22.0 adds Edgeville and new Wilderness boss teleports, Slayer ring task teleports, red chinchompa spawns, and a round of updates for Wilderness bosses, Chambers of Xeric, magic damage, Hardcore Ironman safety, Slayer drops, rune pouch handling, salamander traps, and the serpentine helm model.

Veridia 0.22.0 - Wilderness Bosses, Slayer Teleports, and Combat Updates

Veridia 0.22.0 brings new teleport options, Wilderness boss updates, Chambers of Xeric changes, Slayer fixes, and a few useful skilling and item fixes.

Highlights

  • Added new Wilderness boss teleport destinations.

  • Added Slayer ring task teleports.

  • Added red chinchompa spawns to Feldip.

  • Updated Spindel, Venenatis, Callisto, Artio, and Vet’ion mechanics.

  • Updated Chambers of Xeric mechanics for Great Olm, Vespula, and Tekton.

  • Updated magic damage bonus handling.

  • Updated Hardcore Ironman safety handling.

  • Fixed Drake, Wyrm, and Kebos Slayer drop viewer entries.

  • Fixed Mithril dragon chewed bones rates.

  • Fixed Slayer master routing issues.

  • Fixed rune pouch and spellbook rune counting.

  • Fixed salamander net traps.

  • Fixed the serpentine helm wearable model.

Teleports

Edgeville has been added to the city teleport list.

New Wilderness boss teleport destinations have also been added, with updated destination sprites.

Slayer rings can now teleport you to your current task where supported. The destination will depend on your current assignment and its location.

Hunter

Red chinchompa spawns have been added to the Feldip hunter area.

Salamander net traps have also been fixed so they reset properly after checking placed traps with the reset option.

Wilderness Bosses

Spindel, Venenatis, Callisto, Artio, and Vet’ion have had a mechanics review.

Their attack timing, targeting, salve interactions, and general combat behaviour now better match the modern versions of those bosses.

Chambers of Xeric

Chambers of Xeric has had more mechanic updates.

This includes changes for:

  • Great Olm

  • Vespula

  • Tekton

Great Olm crystal fall timing and claw behaviour have been updated.

Vespula scaling has been adjusted.

Tekton encounter handling has also been updated.

Magic % Damage

Magic % damage bonus handling has been updated.

Item bonuses should now display more accurately, and combat calculations should line up better with those displayed bonuses.

Hardcore Ironman Safety

Hardcore Ironman safety handling has been updated across supported safe encounters and minigames.

Item tradability rules have also been adjusted where needed.

Slayer Fixes

Drake, Wyrm, and Kebos Slayer drop table entries have been fixed so their unique drops appear correctly in the drop viewer.

Nieve / Duradel now work again.

Dragon Drops

Mithril dragon chewed bones rates have been fixed.

Metallic dragon rare drops have also had coverage cleaned up.

Rune Pouch and Spellbook Fixes

Arcane Knowledge rune pouch handling has been fixed.

Spellbook rune counting has also been corrected so rune counts update properly.

Serpentine Helm

The serpentine helm wearable model has been fixed.
