Veridia 0.16.0 - Drop Table Updates, Gemstone Crab, and Balance Fixes

Veridia 0.16.0 adds Gemstone Crab to the training teleport list, updates a large batch of boss and Slayer drop tables, adjusts several NPC stats, rebalances some skilling and event rewards, and fixes a range of player-facing issues across voting, donations, clues, Slayer, Barrows and Zulrah.
